1. Client Cancellations
- More than 15 days: up to 50% refund.
- 7–14 days: partial refund.
- Less than 7 days: non-refundable.
2. Third-Party Services
Machu Picchu tickets, train tickets, and other third-party services are 100% non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling
Date changes can be requested in advance, subject to availability and possible penalties.
4. Force Majeure
In cases such as:
- Extreme weather
- Strikes
- Government restrictions
We will offer rescheduling or credit for future use.
5. No Show
If the client does not show up on the tour date, no refund will be issued.
