Reservations and Payments

  • A deposit (typically 30%–50% of the total tour cost) is required to confirm a booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour (at least 5–10 days prior).
  • Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or digital platforms.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • More than 15 days before: up to 50% refund.
  • Between 7–14 days: partial refund.
  • Less than 7 days: no refund.

Non-Refundable Services

Tickets (such as Machu Picchu entrance), train tickets, and other third-party services are non-refundable once purchased.

Company Cancellation

If Sky Land Peru cancels due to external causes (weather, strikes, restrictions), we will offer:

  • Rescheduling, or
  • Full or partial refund as applicable.

Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to safety, weather, or government regulations.

Client Responsibility

Clients must:

  • Be in adequate physical condition.
  • Inform us of medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
  • Bring appropriate equipment and clothing.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Sky Land Peru is not responsible for accidents or emergencies.

Loss or Damage

We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings during the tour.

Client Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant who endangers the group or disrupts the tour.

Intellectual Property

All content (texts, images, itineraries) belongs to Sky Land Peru and may not be used without authorization.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Peruvian law under Cusco jurisdiction.
